I first heard Josh LaJaunie on Rich Roll's Podcast a few years ago and have been keeping up with him on social media and really in awe of his journey ever since. Josh has completely transformed his life through eating a whole-food, plant-based diet and running. Josh has lost 200 lbs and is now competing in long distance running events. Not only is he accomplishing feats that he never thought possible, he is transforming the health of his family, community, and countless amounts of people all over the world by sharing his inspiring story.
