Andre Dream is a fitness and nutrition expert, a personal trainer, and is doing some amazing work changing the health of as many people as possible. He grew up struggling to put on weight, weighing only about 100 lbs all the way up to college. It was then that he started to educate himself about true health and really dove into the power of plant-based nutrition and fitness.
