Aren Bahia is founder of Conscious Arts Tattoos, a vegan ink tattoo company in Bali that supports education programs for mentally disabled youth in Bali, founder of Karma House Bali, and is a partner of The Yogi Lab.
In this episode, Aren shares his wellness journey and how he completely transformed his life. After years of being in a gang and selling/using drugs, he began to want more for his life. Yoga and meditation were his first steps, and he never looked back. Aren's story is extremely inspiring, and will leave you wanting to stop patterns in your own life that aren't serving you.
